Nif Naf


Since 2012 the Russian culinary landscape has opened its borders to Emanuele Saracino and to the project Nif Naf. It is a franchising of high art of pastry and ice cream, which combines the Italian dessert  traditions, filtered through the experience of Saracino and technological innovation, which allows a quality  standardization of culinary craft. Bavarians, mousses, parfaits and cascades of creamy ice-cream decorate  the windows of these shops.
